Our leader is Julian Shepherd. Julian will hold this session at the Binghamton University Nature Preserve. Park at the upper end of parking lot M and meet at the entrance to the Nature Preserve.

Hawthorne Orchard and Cornell Lab of Ornithology Meet at 8:00am in the Sears parking lot, pole 6. This was the “mud up to your fanny” trip last year. Please dress for muddy conditions and be prepared for changing weather conditions.

Our leader for session two is Bill Kuk. Join Bill at Aqua Terra Park located off Maxian Road in the Town of Binghamton. Meet along the roadside entrance to the park.

* Wildflower Walk at IBM GlenWildflower Walk at IBM Glen

Time: 9:00 am

Come enjoy the beauty of the woods in the spring. Bring the whole family for a discovery of beautiful wildflowers in the Glen. Mary Ann is an expert on wildflowers. A booklet based on this Wildflower walk, \"Spring in the IBM Glen\", with pictures of 39 wildflowers in the Glen, by Sue Hall and Terry Glasspool, can be purchased for $1.00. \"Plants in the IBM Glen\", a booklet listing the wildflowers, trees, and shrubs in the Glen, prepared by Irene Tomek, is $1.00 and one with the scientific names is $2.00. These booklets can be purchased before the hike. To register, call 625-2221. Children welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. $3.00/members, $4.00/non-members, $1.00 for children. Waterman membership forms will be available at the Glen—also available at www.watermancenter.org Please wear sturdy shoes and bring a hiking stick, if you wish, as the hike is hilly. Dogs are not allowed. Several Nature booklets about the IBM Glen can be purchased for $1.00 and $2.00 each.

Those that can\'t spend the whole day with us can drop out about noon; as we will divide the county up by doing the North in the morning and the South after noon.
