Jones Park With the start of Warbler season, let\'s start out at our most southern park in hope of getting early migrants. We meet at pole #6 at the back of Sears at 8:00 A.M. All are welcome! Always call if you plan on meeting us at the site, as plans can change.

Cole Park Led by Naturalists\' Club member Jon Weeks Learn to identify birds by their songs as well as by their appearance at one, two, or all three free Bird song Classes presented by the Naturalists\' Club of Broome County and Finch Hollow Nature Center. All classes will last 2-3 hours. Participants should dress for the weather, and be prepared for possible muddy conditions. Bring binoculars, and field guides if you wish. Admission to these classes is free, and reservations are not required. For more information about May 7 or 21, call JoAnne at (607) 722-8716.

Cornell Lab of Ornithology and Hawthorne Orchard Hawthorne Orchard is one of the areas leading hot spots for warblers. Meet at Sears Parking Lot, Pole # 6 at 8:00 am. This is an all day trip arriving back to Sears around 4:00 pm. This is a car pool trip. Volunteer drivers may be needed.

Wildflower Walk with Mary Ann Cuff at the IBM Glen Come enjoy the beauty of the woods in the spring. See some of the wildflowers that grow in the IBM Glen. Ragged Robin and Canada Anemone are just a few of the wildflowers that you will learn about from Mary Ann. You might want to bring a wild-flower guide. Bring the whole family for a discovery of beautiful wildflowers in the Glen. To register, call 625-2221. Children welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. $3.00/members, $4.00/non-members, $1.00 for children.
