Field Trip – Back Roads of Broome County

There are still a lot of birds to be seen in Broome County in the winter. We will investigate the backroads of Northern Broome County looking for any Winter Migrants or Early Spring arrivals. If time allows, we may stop at Dorchester Park. We’ll visit local hotspots to look for Northern Shrike, Rough-legged Hawks, Snow Buntings, Horned Larks, and Tree Sparrows.
Meet at Oakdale Mall, pole #6, near former Sears. Volunteer drivers
may be necessary. Please consider volunteering if you are able.
