Moth Night

Join CCE Broome and the Naturalists’ Club of Broome County to partake in a Moth Night to learn about our local moths and butterflies, as well as what to look for when searching for them and how to attract different species to your own outdoor spaces. We will also releasing hand-raised Cecropia moths, in addition to attracting the beautiful Rosy Maple moth, among other species. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome.

*Please register with CCE Broome before May 28th. If the program has to be rescheduled due to poor weather registered participants will be notified by CCE Broome no later than six hours prior to the program. If scheduling allows, the program will be rescheduled to a later date which will be communicated on an as-need basis. Once registered please keep an eye on your email inboxes for program reminders and updates such as these.
